These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Buyer," "Publisher," or "Vendor") and BacklinksFusion ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.backlinksfusion.com (the "Platform") and all services offered through it including guest posting services, niche edit services, content writing services, press release distribution, and backlink services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: The BacklinksFusion website at www.backlinksfusion.com and all associated pages, tools, and services.
• Buyer: Any individual or entity that purchases guest posting services, backlink services, niche edits, content writing, or press release distribution through the Platform.
• Publisher / Vendor: Any individual or entity that lists websites on the Platform and fulfils guest post orders placed by Buyers.
• Order: A confirmed purchase of any service offered through the Platform.
• Content: Any article, press release, or written material submitted by Buyers or produced by BacklinksFusion for publication on Publisher sites.
• Backlink: A hyperlink placed within Content on a Publisher site pointing to a URL specified by the Buyer.
• Services: All guest posting, niche edit, content writing, press release, and link building services offered through the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Eligibility

The Platform is intended for business and professional use only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are using the Platform for lawful business purposes.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features and place orders, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. BacklinksFusion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

2.4 Account Security

You must notify us immediately at hello@backlinksfusion.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. BacklinksFusion is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. SERVICES

3.1 Guest Posting Service

BacklinksFusion facilitates the placement of Buyer-approved Content on Publisher websites within our guest post marketplace. All placements are subject to Publisher editorial review and approval. BacklinksFusion does not guarantee acceptance by any specific Publisher.

3.2 Niche Edit Service

BacklinksFusion facilitates the insertion of contextual Backlinks into existing, indexed content on approved Publisher websites. Placements are subject to Publisher availability and content suitability review.

3.3 Content Writing Service

BacklinksFusion provides human-written, SEO-optimised Content for use in guest posting campaigns, website copy, and other marketing purposes. All Content is subject to Buyer review and approval prior to publication.

3.4 Press Release Distribution

BacklinksFusion distributes SEO-optimised press releases to niche-relevant media outlets and authority publications. Specific placement outlets are selected at our discretion based on industry relevance and availability.

3.5 Service Availability

BacklinksFusion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant service changes.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through the Platform by selecting a service, providing required campaign details, and completing payment. An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4.3 Payment Methods

BacklinksFusion accepts payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. BacklinksFusion does not store payment card information on its servers.

4.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. BacklinksFusion does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law.

4.5 Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. BacklinksFusion is not responsible for any consequences arising from payment failure including missed campaign deadlines.

4.6 Coupon Codes and Promotions

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to individual offer terms including minimum spend requirements and expiry dates. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. BacklinksFusion reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

5. DELIVERY AND TIMELINES

5.1 Estimated Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery for guest posting packages is approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on Publisher availability, content approval timelines, and niche requirements.

5.2 Delays

BacklinksFusion is not liable for delivery delays caused by Publisher availability, Buyer delays in content approval, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Live Link Reporting

Upon successful publication, BacklinksFusion will provide a live link report confirming placement details including the published URL. Reports are delivered to the email address registered to your account.

6. REFUND AND REVISION POLICY

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• The order has not yet been assigned to a Publisher or writer
• BacklinksFusion is unable to fulfil the order due to Publisher unavailability
• The placement materially deviates from the agreed order specifications

6.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• Orders where Content has already been approved and submitted to a Publisher
• Orders where the live link has been confirmed and delivered
• Dissatisfaction with Publisher site metrics that were accurately represented at the time of order
• Changes in domain authority, traffic, or other third-party metrics after placement
• Buyer-initiated cancellations after order processing has commenced

6.3 Content Revisions

Content writing orders include revision support until the Content meets the agreed brief. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of Content delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be subject to additional charges.

6.4 Link Replacement Guarantee

BacklinksFusion monitors placed backlinks for a period of six months following delivery. If a Publisher removes a confirmed live link within this period, BacklinksFusion will replace the link at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to links confirmed in the original live link report and does not cover links removed due to Buyer or third-party action.

7. BUYER OBLIGATIONS

As a Buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign requirements including anchor text, target URLs, and niche preferences
• Submit Content that complies with Publisher editorial guidelines and applicable laws
• Review and approve Content within the timeframes communicated by BacklinksFusion
• Not submit Content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not use BacklinksFusion services for any unlawful purpose including black-hat SEO schemes, spam, or manipulation of search engine algorithms in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Not attempt to circumvent the Platform by contacting Publishers directly for off-platform orders discovered through BacklinksFusion

8. PUBLISHER AND VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

As a Publisher or Vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about your website including domain authority, traffic metrics, and niche details
• Maintain the quality standards required for listing on the BacklinksFusion guest post marketplace
• Accept and fulfil orders in accordance with the Buyer brief and BacklinksFusion's operating policies
• Not remove confirmed live links within six months of delivery without prior written consent from BacklinksFusion
• Maintain published Content and associated backlinks in accordance with placement agreements
• Respond to Buyer communications and revision requests promptly through the Platform's order management system
• Not engage in practices that artificially inflate website metrics including domain authority, traffic, or backlink counts

Failure to comply with Publisher obligations may result in account suspension, removal from the marketplace, and forfeiture of pending earnings.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Platform Content

All content on the BacklinksFusion Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the intellectual property of BacklinksFusion and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

9.2 Buyer Content

By submitting Content through the Platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant BacklinksFusion a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9.3 Content Writing Ownership

Upon full payment of a content writing order, ownership of the delivered Content transfers to the Buyer. BacklinksFusion retains no rights to the Content beyond what is necessary to fulfil the order.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Submit spam, malware, or any content designed to harm third parties
• Engage in fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse or payment fraud
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other user accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without prior written approval

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

11.1 No Guarantee of Rankings

BacklinksFusion provides guest posting services, backlink services, and link building services as described on the Platform. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that our services will improve your search engine rankings, organic traffic, or domain authority. SEO outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your overall website quality.

11.2 Third-Party Metrics

Domain authority, domain rating, organic traffic, and other third-party metrics displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. These metrics are sourced from third-party tools including Moz and Ahrefs and are subject to change without notice. BacklinksFusion does not warrant the accuracy of third-party metrics and is not liable for changes in Publisher site metrics following order placement.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BacklinksFusion's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

BacklinksFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.5 As-Is Basis

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BacklinksFusion, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submission of Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any dispute between you and a Publisher or third party arising from your use of the Platform

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact BacklinksFusion at hello@backlinksfusion.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

13.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Missouri, United States. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

14. TERMINATION

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@backlinksfusion.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any completed or in-progress orders.

14.2 Termination by BacklinksFusion

BacklinksFusion reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the marketplace.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall continue to apply.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

BacklinksFusion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, BacklinksFusion will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

BacklinksFusion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and BacklinksFusion regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
